wäre es möglich, mindestens dies vorherzsagen: dass sich selbst eine ungewisse zukunft wiederholen kann?
eher unvorhergesehen eine probe aufs exempel: mit einer wiederholung der radiator-sendung von der woche zuvor…

vorsorgen für morgen? oh, future: was es da alles zu bedenken gilt – während wir doch alle keine wahrsager sind. soll man es gleichwohl mit knallhartem kalkül angehen und werte horten – oder das, was andere für ebensolche halten?
oder sollte man lieber seine sensoren (f)einstellen, um in nuancen von atmosphären zu erlauschen, was die zukunft bringen könnte?

eine radiokunstsendung, die zwei denkbar unterschiedliche strategien vorstellt…

what if it was possible to predict that even an unknown future can repeat?
well – for this time a rather unforseen probe: by broadcasting last week's radiator show another time…

taking care for the – oh, future? but which one? none of us will be seriously able to tell. so should we try it the hard way, calculating with capital and hedging hardcore fonds – or more precisely: something others think they'd better build upon?
or rather the soft way, fine-tuning our sensors to possible traces towards tomorrow neatly hidded in the atmosphere?

in the first part of the show max höfler will give the hard way a try:

"In 2012 I – Max Höfler – bought some guns for an Austrian art association called Forum Stadtpark. The purchase of these guns established a situation that focuses on the most abstract entity we do have in our today society and that concerns us all: Money and all these financial issues that are considered as the basic structure of our society. To experience this abstract relation between us and the finance I transformed it into a concrete situation.

To understand the situation which I wanted to establish with this purchase, you have to know three things:
1.) The Forum Stadtpark spent a lot of money for these rifles: 10.000€.
2.) These guns still work. That means that you can still use them and that they had been already used before.
3.) The value of these rifles will rise because they aren’t produced any longer and they are rare. So they are some kind of a financial investment for the Forum Stadtpark as well.

After I bought these guns, I put them into a vitrine in the foyer of the Forum Stadtpark where they still are as an sort of permanent virulent inventory that questions how we can get out of this paradoxical situation.

Now in 2013 three artist – Andreas Heller, Johannes Schrettle and me (Max Höfler) – want to transform this situation into a new form: into some sort of a performance called “IG Sterben”. This performance is subtitled as a musical. Andreas Heller will act as nature in a wheelchair, Johannes Schrettle as love in a jogging suit and me as immanent danger. Furthermore we will form a no band band called “IG Sterben”. Our first rehearsal will be directly at the performance.

In this radia show you will get an insight of this transformational process and you will somehow get to know, what all these things may have in common." [M.H.]

"'Cerebro' is the result of the meeting between Nathalie Blanc, geograph-poet and SemoNO!LinA/Amaury Bourget, musician. During 2008/09, they worked together and composed 3 pieces with the texts written and read by Nathalie Blanc.
Acrobatic science fiction, this text tempts to cavort in limbo of a little bit atmospheric reflection, but which try to exhaust the detail of what is expressed here exactly, that is to say the future, our future…

These pieces are written to be live played, what the duet will make in particular for the Poetry international biennial event in Val-de-Marne, in 2009. As suggested by JetFM, the project has been 'updated' in a version which becomes trilingual (French, Portuguese, English) and accomodated musically.."[N.B./A.B.]
