im ersten teil der sendung treffen die musiker hervé moire und juan pablo espinoza in einer live-session aufeinander.

im anschluss lässt pedro lopez zwischen zwei turntables eine landschaft entstehen.

on how to build landscapes of sound. unfolding in(to) space. charging it with life. temporarily and ephemeral – passing just as quickly as they are vanishing again. yet, something remains.

in the first part we are meeting hervé moire and juan pablo espinoza who are meeting for a live recording:

"Hervé Moire meets Juan Pablo Espinoza aka JPE for a live where different recordings are processed on live.
Hervé Moire is an électroacoustic musician self-taught, he composed 2 pieces published on the label Aposiopese. His musical universe is composed by field recordings, concrete sound recordings of different objects and acoustic instruments treated and confronted with electronic digressions. JPE is a composer and a graphic designer working on multimedia and musical projects connected to improvisation, sound effects, electronic music and électroacoustic music. He learns electroacoustic music at the ENMP of Pantin (next to Paris) and composition in the center of Ianis Xenakis (CCMIX). One of its electroacoustic compositions appeared on the French label N-Rec. He is interested in the possible interactions between the music and the contemporary dance and the theater." [JFM]

afterwards, we are meeting pedro lopez who is turning his turntables to create a landscape:

"From all the possible outcomes this is just one of them. Two turntables to make one landscape.
The turntables has a companion history with radio. For a long time, before the advent of clean and sanitized studios and the contact with the physical record was abstracted to bits and bites, the needle jumped on the groove and squided through the spiral of sound. Pedro Lopes paired two of these old tools of work and made them talk to each other. From all the possible outcomes this is just one of them. Two turntables to make one landscape." [P.L./P.R.]
