ent-wenden. entwenden. und wenden. was etwas anderes ist als zu fragen: woher nehmen, wenn nicht stehlen? sondern mitunter sogar künstlerische notwendigkeit.

im ersten teil der sendung kredenzen uns jörg piringer und elffriede aufzeichnesysteme ihre aktuelle gemeinschaftsproduktion, "die gestohlene figur" (2015).

im anschluss gibt es ausgewählte leckereien von und mit den legendären tape beatles aka lloyd dunn und john heck. alles nur geklaut? i wo..

taking from. whom? where? what if there is no case in case. no burglary. but artistic endeavor. and necessity?

in the first part of the show jörg piriger and elffriede aufzeichnesysteme are presenting their recent collaboration, "die gestohlene figur" (the stolen figure, 2015):

"A voice, which becomes sexually indefinite, feeblish and apparently drained by alienation, faces up its situation in the form of an acoustic interior monologue. The shallows, which are represented by the voice, coagulate as a sound compilation of radio play clichés. Abrasively and bulky parts are combined with elegant atmospheric parts. The capitulation will win at the end. For now. To be continued…" [J.P.]

the second part offers selected delicatessen prepared for us by the legendary tape beatles aka lloyd dunne and john heck:

"Music collage from Prague-based duo produced for Radia on behalf of Resonance FM. Selection of works combine voice, loops, and layered sounds.
The Tape-beatles formed in Iowa City, USA in 1987 and have been based in Prague since 2000, when Lloyd Dunn joined John Heck there. Some works in the program were created during the production of the CD and film Good Times, but were not included. 'Stolen Bicycle' was created for a uncompleted compilation of works based on DJ Spooky samples. The later portion includes the most recent work, completed June 2007."
