… there is GUNST in the air …

miss.gunst makes radio: since 1997 GUNSTradio is a regular monthly radio show on radio x frankfurt am main (non-commercial local radio station with official licence, brodcasting on local fm and cable as well as via live webstream – frequencies see below).

miss.gunst walks beyond well-worn paths through the theme-parcs of contemporary art and media cultures to collect mirabilia for her specimen box. selected items are presented in theme based shows and invite to more extended excursions into further fields like the histories of art, media and science.

GUNSTradio has strong preferences for experperimental formats and regularly features sound art productions.

so far, most GUNSTradio shows are in german. however, from time to time we also dare to produce in english (and other languages).

you can listen to GUNSTradio monthly on radio x frankfurt am main (local 91.8 fm / cable 99.85 and live webstream)
– usually the 3rd friday of each month from 2pm to 3pm MEZ. upcoming shows are scheduled in the programme calendar of radio x.

updates & upgrades:

since 2007 GUNSTradio contains [ccc] (= creative common casts, more info) as a royalty-free format featuring sound art and netlabel productions published under cc-licences.

from march 2008 onwards GUNSTradio is proudly producing and presenting a weekly art radio show as part of the radia.fm art radio network rotation: radiator x.
