RadioGarten : Oszillator Obstsalat | RadioGarden : Oscillator Fruit Salat
On the trees in the gardens plums and apples are calling for a rich harvest. Together with the Berlin based artist, electro-experimentalist and musician Klaas Hübner we are cutting fruit, for he will serve us a delicate meal: His famous oscillator fruit salad. Part of this are three very special pieces: a banana, an orange and a star fruit sporting switches and cables sprouting from inside. Plus, also our napkins and spoons are wired. A sweet dish that is going to be taste for tongue and ears…

THE JOURNEY OF THE EARTHWORM (RR) von | by Gabi Schaffner
The earthworm travels on radio frequencies, earthy hacks and conglomerates of audio matter. S/he passes through mosquito clouds (yes, this earthworm can fly!), bird songs, thunderstorms, attends a Finnish summer theatre show, listens to a boy and his mother singing, visits the acoustic remnants of a German garden radio, finds happiness in the ringing of porcelain bells and, finally, merges into silence and is gone.
Chernobyl. A place where clocks are working differently. A zone of death where the march of time seems to be stopped. Yet, life is going on. Another life. A life for which the radiant future of the past has become eternal presence.

RadioGarten : Algen (Wdh.) | RadioGarden : Algae (again)
Well: Our plan had been to celebrate the GUNSTsummer in July with the first live show broadcasted from radio x' brand new studios at Kurfürstenstrasse. However, as the opening has been postponed for some days, there's now another chance to join the RadioRhizomeE on its excursion into the wonderful world of algae…
RadioGarten : Algen | RadioGarden : Algae
Into the Green: this does not necessarily mean to take a walk outside or to spent time in the garden. For not all living organisms capable of photosynthesis belong to the reign of plants. Even if they were neatly kept in that place for a longer period of the history of science – and still can be traced in the standard primers of botany: Algae.
RadioGarten : Aussterbende Arten | RadioGarden : Moribundi
In springtime, in springtime… well: not only the birds do sing, but also rich green is growing everywhere. Bewteen all the sprouts and blossoms: who is aware of the ones that are missing? Indeed it seems the extinct and the rare become even more invisible now. Not to mention that, in contrast to the notorious Dodo, their remainders are usually not among the more prominent dust collectors in our museums of natural history. Good reasons to celebrate their memory in our GUNSTradioGARDEN…
