radiator im juli 2017 | radiator july 2017
currently our extremely limited time budget does not allow to keep up with the regular entries for the radiator-a(i)rchive – in the meantime we are providing a monthly overview instead. so here is the programme listing for july 2017…
folk sounds radia #449: rosarats barrel + radia #368: voxpop
"folk" does not necessarily mean "folk songs" or "folk music" to sound. morevover, some folk songs or fork music pieces may even turn into radio art…
cassettes radia #419: montreal tape run + radia #298: song poems
time for tape stories!
of course these can be narrated in various ways. in example with a modified open audio version of a cadavre exquis…
time machines radia #404: the time sound machine + radia #373: UFO time machine
travelling with the time machine. or, to be precise: two time machines.
however, they share an important feature. for they are both driven with a special fuel: sound.
can we imagine the end of time? hardly. for this would be the end of the world as we know it. yet – and probably for this very reason – some people seem to like this idea. if there is a precise date for the count-down: even better!
2/5 BZ radia #397: istanbul courthoustep + radia #86: no exotic cocktailcore
news istanbul, provided by an expert in using radio and pop music as critical tools.

To create a garden for listening and international cooperation which appeals to all of the senses – this is the aim of Datscha-Radio.
RadioRhizomE is listenting to garden(')s underground and from beyond, collecting gems of hidden germinations and clandestine growth: propagule diasporas, grass root revolutions, and other movements in the greens, mosses, lichen and fungi, weeds and wild herbs, plant pharmacy and toxicology, strange symbioses, productive parasites and the fruits of decay, crypto- and pata-botanics, biolelectronics and techno-organic transformations, secret nests, garden ghosts and the whispers of the wind…
