sound art special 1 : dubphasing an(d) emotional landscape

ein besonders günstiger freitag für freundinnen und freunde der radiokunst. zusätzlich zur wöchentlichen radiator-sendung lädt nämlich auch GUNST zu einem sound art special mit zwei echten schätzen aus dem radia-archiv:
zunächst gibt es "dubphasing" mit tiago andrade und filipe campos von radio zero lissabon (radia #62).
den zweiten teil steuert kanal 103 aus skopje mit einer "emotional landscape" von alexander nikof bei (radia #85).

together with the weekly radiator x show, GUNSTradio presents a sound art special double feature with two real treasures from the radia archives.
first we get a good portion of "dubphasing" with tiago andrade and filipe campos from radio zero (radia #62),a composition based on delay using transformed and modulated sounds:

"We attempted to create a composition based on delayed, transformed and modulated sounds, sounds that range from stationary to repetitionary stages, from low to high frequencies range. Our experience can be seen as an attempt to deceive our states of vigilance, an attempt to offense and breach our routines, in order to question ourselves about what is really surrounding us." the second parts invites us to explore an "emotional landscape" built by alexander nikof from kanal 103 skopje (radia #85), featuring music created with processed guitar sounds and software synths.

"… it may disturb you or make you sleep. or may pass you by. take u to vast cosmos teritories or deep underground chambers… it's up to u… enjoy!"
