What happens before an event (i.e. a performance) takes place?
In how far are anticipations of the event of influence on our perception – and thus probably also on our actual and our remaining impressions, our memories connected to the event? Are anticipations also of influence on processes of documentation and archivalization?
We suppose the answer to all these questions is: Yes. Definitely.
