klanglandschaften aus zonen der stille. von denen wir sonst vielleicht nicht(s) hören würden. weil sie uns aus den augen, aus dem sinn geraten sind.

im ersten teil der sendung stellt suzy vincent mit einer auswahl von beiträgen dominique balaÿs projekt "Meanwhile in Fukushima" vor, das klanglandschaften aus dem und für das japanische katastrophengebiet sammelt.

im anschluss reisen wir durch klanglandschaften des französsichen silenceradio.org.

soundscapes from zones of silence. of which we'd probably not hear otherweise. for they've gone out of reach, out of sight…

the first part is an invitation to discover dominique balaÿ's project "Meanwhile in Fukushima" with a selection curated by suzy vincent:

"The tracks are a meant to introduce you to his open sound and collaborative project in support to the Japanese after the nuclear catastrophe. His 'open sounds' creation is a library of sounds collected during his trip to Japan, as well as his proposal to invite artists respond to this material in the form of sound." [S.V.]
